Worcester Accredited Installers (WAIs) are accredited to install Worcester boilers, solar water heating, heat pumps and underfloor heating to the highest standard.

Worcester want to give homeowners peace of mind when they upgrade their heating system, and only invite heating engineers who are deemed reputable, quality conscious and representing value for money.

Accredited installers must have relevant Gas Safe, OFTEC and/or MCS approval and must have attended Logic certified training courses on boilers, solar thermal systems, heat pumps and/or underfloor heating. Worcester check these accreditations on a regular basis.

The standard Worcester product guarantee period is usually 2 years. Many accredited installers can offer longer guarantee periods depending on the boiler and parts used. Worcester also run guarantee promotions, so ask us about current offers.

Modern heating systems are complex, so installation, service or repair work should only be undertaken by a qualified heating engineer. That is why most manufacturers of boilers, solar thermal and heat pumps only supply through trade merchants rather than directly to homeowners.
